Body, Mind and Breath Classes are available for individuals and groups. These can be arranged in workplaces, private spaces, at festivals or conferences.

From first attending a yoga class at nineteen, I now teach regularly having trained in the tradition of Krishnamacharya. Alongside this, I maintain a personal practice of disciplines to tune body, mind and breath to seasonal change and cycles within nature. Pathways Towards Meditation
Meditation for thousands of years – and now more than ever in the rush of our daily life – has been applauded for its remarkable beneﬁts on the health and vitality of body, mind and spirit. It can create focus and ease in the middle of chaos or tranquility or both. And yet the state of meditation is illusive, rarely achieved, the spiritual masters remind us. Fortunately, there are many pathways or techniques that are helpful companions in leading us closer to this rare and reﬁ ned state. Some of these techniques are age old and some of them new.
